The cellphone app is extremely unrefined, lots of bugs and many features are absent. Within few hours of using the Aircall app I find myself using a sub par business phone system. I wanted to use salesmsg to send out mass marketing sms to my customers and the only company that salesmsg recommends to be integrated for voice calling feature was Aircall. I had moved from Vonage to Aircall for my business phone system. Poor business phone system, unethical billing Our service is now unusable via mobile phone app. We’ve also had extremely poor service and call connections since telling Aircall we are leaving. We’ve also had extremely slow response rate to ticket messages organising the porting request.

#AIRCALL EXTENSION UPDATE#
Update - since telling them we’re transferring away we’ve been charged an extortionate monthly charge to maintain service whilst the number port is carried out. I have very mixed feelings about Aircall - they really let themselves down when they have such a good product. Incredibly disappointed with this level of support for a long-standing customer. On trying to contact them their support only operates Monday to Friday - so this issue now appears unresolvable without interruption to our phone service tomorrow. They've also now told me they're turning off our services tomorrow (Sunday!). In the mean time they've continued to send me unpaid bill notices. I've passed all this info onto support and had no reply since. I've contacted my bank who explained the billing issue is purely at Aircalls end, and lies in the way they charge the card. I've emailing Aircall for three weeks in order to fix the billing problem - as they're billing system is failing to charge my card for the 93p owed. It's Saturday morning and I just received the final notice for a billing issue of 93 pence. They’ve charged us £90 to extend for a month and we’re about to hit another month of no progress - that’ll be £180! And now it turns out it’s their fault all along! I’ve also now paid around £50 in porting request charges because of the incorrect information from Aircall! Avoid this company at all costs! Absolutely couldn’t organise a drink up in a brewery. UPDATE 2: Aircall have since made it know that the porting problem is because they’ve put the wrong postcode down against our number.
